- Programs and coaches subscribe. Players and guardians are included at no additional cost.
- How does the beta trial work?
- Approved beta organizations can start with a trial period. Trial acknowledgement is required before activation.
- Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
- Yes. Annual pricing gives you 12 months of access for the price of 10. Monthly billing is available at the standard monthly rate: Solo $49/month, Team $99/month, Department $249/month, and Enterprise $499/month. Annual plans renew yearly; monthly plans renew monthly.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Payments are not refunded.
- Can we upgrade or change tiers later?
- Yes. Contact your program administrator or manage billing in the dashboard to adjust plans as your coaching footprint grows.
Billing policy
No refunds. Cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund amounts already paid.
- Access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Annual plans are billed once per year and include two months compared with paying monthly.
- Monthly plans are billed monthly and do not include annual savings.
